  LOCAL RULES

           
1. OUT OF BOUNDS (Rules 27)
     a. The Club House Area as defined by white stakes and/or joining white lines.
     b. Beyond the inside edge of any post of a fence bounding the course or white stakes.
     c. Beyond the inside edge of dotted white lines on the outside edge of car-paths.

2. WATER HAZARD / LATERAL WATER HAZARD (Rule 26-1)
    a. Indicated by yellow stakes and red stakes
    b. All of yellow and red stakes indicating Water Hazard and Lateral Water Hazard can be removed as an Immovable Obstruction
        (Rule 24-1 applies).
    c. There will be no drop zone for Water Hazard or Lateral Water Hazard anywhere on the course

3. INTEGRAL PART OF THE COURSE
    All flower beds and landscape areas which are not part of a hazard or OOB are deemed to be integral part of the course.

4. GROUND UNDER REPAIR (Rule 25)
     a. All areas bounded by white line.
     b. All abnormal ground conditions such as holes, ditches, cut turfs and the likes made by green keeper/maintenance crews.
     c. All grass clippings and/or leaves which are piled up to move away are deemed to be a GUR.

5. EMBEDDED BALL
    Relief is extended to "Through the Green".

6. STONE IN BUNKER
    Stones in bunker are Movable Obstruction (Rule 24-1 applies)

7. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTION (Rule 24-2 and Rule 24-3 applies)
     a. Landscape areas surrounded by Immovable Obstruction are part of the obstruction.
     b. Distance markers located on the middle of the fairways
     c. Staked young trees
     d. All of car-paths, shelters, and other constructions which are fixed on the ground

8. IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS CLOSE TO PUTTING GREEN.
    Relief from interference by an immovable obstruction may be obtained under Rule 24-2. In addition, if a ball lies off the putting green but not in
    a hazard and, an immovable obstruction on or within two club lengths of the putting green and within two club lengths of the ball intervenes the
     line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief as follows:

    The ball must be lifted and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lies, that :
    a. Is not nearer the hole
    b. Avoid the intervention
    c. Is not in a hazard.
    The ball may be cleaned when lifted.


   PENALTY FOR BREACHING OF LOCAL RULES  -  TWO STROKES
